My supervisor is available and responsive Opportunities for CEU trainings that can be useful with clients ABH peers can be helpful and supportive Good collaborations with GMY

Cons

Raises overall Clear understanding of CS pay/compensation Clear understanding of the CS Program and PGCPS expectations. A lot of changes happen with very short notice. It makes it hard to adjust and there is still an expectation to meet certain numbers and goals.

Pros

I value the mission of the agency and how that aligns with my personal values. The work culture is health and fosters an environment of inclusivity and belonging. Staff are fun to work with as well and a sense of humor is allowed and welcomed! Under leadership, the agency focuses on excellence and expansion and innovation which is exciting to be a part of the experience. In addition, pathways for advancement and education has always been an enticing feature of the company.

Cons

Delivery of services that encompasses the full model and wrap around services- individual, groups and family therapy as well as medication management and PRP services. As an agency that works with children and families, more focus needs to be placed on family work as therapists.

Pros

There is great leadership at Greenbelt, great co-workers, lot of independence, and a nice office space. I get to work with medicaid clients without too much hassle (just the notes). The culture is professional and friendly at the same time.

Cons

better compensation, easier to reach quota.
