Business outlook
Pros
Good company to get your foot in the door and start building a resume. Variable Incentive Program offers good annual bonus however annual raise is not sufficient.
Cons
Not much room to grow in company. Management has no idea what is actually going on on the shop floor. "Staff" is too good to get heir boots dirty and go out on the floor, learn peoples names and socialize with the hourly employees. Most of the office folks don't actually do any work at all. Use old-school techniques to managing business... very top-down, militaristic style.
