Easy job. Lots of overtime. Not a lot of downtime.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory. Low pay compared to similar positions in other companies. Contract employee (they will do all they can not to make you a permanent employee).

Lots of overtime, you can learn a lot and you meet a lot of good folks.

Cons

You'll get like one raise unless your hired on. which they don't do often cause its cheaper to get temps and the company isn't doing great.
