      A disorganized mess with a weak culture and poor management.

      Pros

      Data-driven audio advertising automation has potential, although the market today is still very small.

      Cons

      The company is cheap and incredibly disorganized, especially when it comes to marketing and CRM. Senior management is clueless. The "culture" is a disaster, and is surpassed by almost every other startup in the bay area. Expectations do not match market reality, and this causes morale to suffer greatly.

      This place is a mixed bag - but if culture or career development is a priority for you...hard pass.

      Pros

      - International culture - Mostly great people working as hard as they can with the resources provided - Brand is a leader in the space, which is an interesting one - The business is growing with some big money backing from Sirius XM

      Cons

      - Extremely political environment - Lack of transparency from the executive team - Lack of innovation since the company was purchased by SiriusXM - Not focused on the end customer/clients - The expectations/goals have always been out of reach so morale is low and signs of burnout are everywhere - Compensation esp around raises/bonuses - Personal growth/development is not a focus - No WFH policy - Cliques are everywhere. Depending on who you choose to spend your time with expect to be looked at accordingly. - Unhealthy gender dynamics
