Less treasure their people and channel due to transforming to subscription basis; Poor change management along the frequent and huge transformations; Undergoing frequent layoff due to downstream of revenue from recent subscription model Employees generally lack of trust towards company's top management

Pros

• Employee personal benefits are second to Google, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Linkedin • Top 10% of working level employees would qualify to work for the companies mentioned above • Working level employees are the visionaries. • Comp & Benefits HR staff are top class • Operations Staff are fast & efficient, but now mostly outsourced • Legal Staff are fast, efficient and high EQ • If you're looking for a retirement job, this is the best place to work. You'll fit right in!

Cons

• Poor Talent Management • Poor Senior Management communication skills. • Militant management style, reserved for the 1960s. • No RSU for all new employees below Director level. No director posts available. • Generic HR staff are unresponsive, and tend to cc the highest political person available. • Excessive meetings waste employees time, and send working level into OT. • Top salaries wasted on little boys club at senior management level • if you watched the way senior manager treated a waiter, then you'll understand how much respect they receive from their teams. • Salary increases yearly doesn't cover inflation • Annual Q4 layoffs are normal, so do not join in Q4, Wait for a Q1 start date. • Remove talented employees, to be replaced by multiple outsourced employees to save money • Research who your immediate boss & country leader are before you accept the offer.

Pros

- Values designers and the well-being of its employees - Invests in growing products as well as the people - Plenty of employee benefits including annual education funds and professional development subsidies - Lots of very smart, humble and motivated colleagues that are here to push innovation and promote growth

Cons

- Some teams will experience limitations when trying to steer a large ship in a different direction - Corporate structures can be a demotivating factor for some people - Teams even within the same organisation don’t always communicate with each other and that can be frustrating when multiple teams are trying to achieve the same thing but are not utilising each other’s strengths and resources
