      Salary at time, food coupons.

      Cons

      Layoff anytime in name of team restructuring. Only higher management liked people can survive, rest ready to be fired at any time. Managers don't support new people. Too much politics. Upper management not good.

      - Fast moving sales org - Great visibility on company goals and current state from leadership - Generally good leads from marketing - Solid structure for sales, BD, and operations in place that is simple and not overcomplicated in terms of admin work - Great space to work in Overall, the company is very nimble from a sales perspective and there is little red tape to get things done which is great for new campaigns and driving pipeline,
