We would like to clarify that our final salary settlement procedures are clearly outlined in our staff handbook where final payments are processed upon satisfactory exit clearance for local employees, or after IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees which can take 2 weeks or more, in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
