- Awesome team across the board - Opportunity to make a huge impact - Healthy, pragmatic approach to culture building - Flexible and results oriented atmosphere - Lots of fun engineering debates on how best to build things
Cons
- Small team means some important dev stories can end up on the cutting room floor for multiple sprints - Work/life balance is good relative to other startups, but can still be quite demanding at times - Continuously evolving processes and fast iteration can make development difficult at times

Great culture, excellent benefits, huge growth potential. The company is growing very quickly so it can be challenging, but if you work hard and show your dedication there is huge upside potential. Management is very transparent and careful to hire the right people and to prioritize employee happiness along with work/life balance.
Cons
It is a startup, so things are still being figured out as they grow.
