Decent Salary Friendly Environment You will get gadgets for personal use (Laptop & Mobile)

Cons

Work was mostly like resolving technical issues/software installation by taking remote machine. No scope for network and desktop related troubleshooting. No learning, No employee benefits.

Pros

We do not recruit experienced people just for one strong reason. We have many core values like talking only in English, Typing, Reading and working as team. These things will sound silly in particular for an experienced person. We have the right (still not perfect) environment for the interns/freshers to learn and grow. Your journey in the company will vary from person to person based on the team they are in and their skillset. If you have the attitude to learn by yourself, accept feedback, be brutally honest and always ready to work as a team. Then this is one of the great place to work at.

Cons

If you do not know what you want then you will be lost in the workflow.
