Pros
Nice office, overall good colleagues, good lunch, many colleagues have a good professional competencies and ambitions
Cons
The projects are sometimes not inspiring to work with, processes can be a bit chaotic, very young work environment, some managers are very inexperienced and have close to zero people skills, a few people have big egos/bad attitude which can make the, otherwise good, environment toxic/uncomfortable
