      Pros

      I can't give you many pros except if needed for a stepping stone, go for it but don't plan to stay there forever...they get rid of people quickly.

      Cons

      All employees are treated terribly, biggest gossip place I have ever worked for and the favoritism is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and don't work for them.

      The products the company manufacturers changes the lives of patients - and that's amazing to be a part of!

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, all of management has come from within or college - which may sound like a good thing, except when it's the only corporate job they've ever had...no previous experience to pull from
