- The leadership and vision of the founder and CEO. - The culture of treating customers well and looking for ways to advance their mission. - Problem solving through multiple platforms that fit the needs of the customer.
Cons
- The culture can be enhanced by providing employees a clear picture of what Acutedge is about -- i.e. how does an Acutedge employee present themselves to customers, how do they tackle tough feedback, how can they have a sense of ownership of the direction of the company in the long-run.
