      None, go to a competitor if you want to get into this industry (Revelwood, OneSource virtual, BeyondID). They’ll pay you more and treat you better

      Cons

      Bad bad bad No structure Because the founders treat this as another investment company, they have fostered a transactional culture devoid of empathy (They won’t care about you.) Founders have emotional outbursts Most projects fail or end in an escalation, because 85% of hires are people out of college who don’t know what they’re doing Poor reputation with partners for 1. Lying, 2. Bad project management

      Another Poorly Managed Consulting Firm with High Hour Targets and Insane Pressure from the Management

      Pros

      There are none of the pros I can think of at the moment. I want to mention that you stay away from this terrible workplace.

      Cons

      It's another poorly managed consulting firm where the management is awful and horrible. They put immense pressure on you to hit the insane targets. It leads to unwanted additional job stress and extreme exhaustion at the end of the workday. I would ask everyone to avoid it! The management needs to set a better example of leadership. They are doing a horrible job right now, and their excess pressure leads to high turnover! BEWARE!

      I really enjoy the culture and working with smart, supportive, and friendly coworkers. Company allows you to learn quickly and push yourself.

      Cons

      Lack of a cohesive office environment, especially given the recent vaccine rollout.
