Pros

The building is beautiful and located in a great area. It didn't use to be.

Cons

Almost 2 years after leaving, I still think this company is a joke. They used to care about their employees about 10 years ago, now it just makes me sick. You can hardly refer to the upper management staff as being professional. The moment you walk through the doors, it's you against the whole company. No one means what they say cause no one really knows anything, and you better come fully trained.

The benefits are good other than health care plan & many staff stay because of the long term benefits & it's convenient.

Cons

CEO, HR, & management is vindictive, manipulating, liars. Read previous reviews & you will see many consistent issues within company that will never change. Don't waste your time thinking you will make a difference because you won't.

Pros

clients are very appreciative, coworkers are fun, lots of room to learn and grow intellectually.

Cons

upper management is unreliable, they are very into what they think they know vs how hard the jobs really are, very unsympathetic, not understanding at all, strict, rude, can not go to HR without them keeping things private. place is stressful, emotionally draining, overworked and under appreciated and underpaid.
