Pros
Good money. Low turnover rate - many people worked for the company over 5+ years. Great friendly people in general..
Cons
Ridiculous and tedious process from marketing in SF. Still using a very old school way to manage and setup campaigns. The marketing team in SF is not collaborative and very controlling on every single word you put on the eDM. They centralize all campaign resources with global marketing team and it makes no sense to other regions - needs load of time to make things moving as all depending on the SF team.
