      Some employees are really good at their work and are proactive.

      Cons

      Management and top management are unbelievably incompetent but mysteriously, they still work there; lit's likely incompetence by solidarity. There is no solidarity for employees , all it matters is to earn the yearly bonus. Poor communication between top Management and middle/low Management. Everything got worse got worst after the creation of Arcera
