Worst company you can ever work with as they know no corporate rules or manners. Call out team meeting and shame employees, no training provided but instead you'll be constantly compared to other employees which they deemed to be the best way to motivate. Don't forget that if you're sick (including video call for verification purpose) cause the HR is better than doctor, they can scan you through video call and confirm if you are sick, there are bundle of steps to follow or else you'll be given lecture, called out for your mistake Infront of everyone or maybe even yelled at. Yes they yell at staffs and they call it reaction towards not taking accountability and it's done by HR and Head of HR not managers. Warning letter given out although zero job orders given apparently number are numbers. So just keep sending with lots of hopes. Also medical leave is unpaid leave before confirmation although in Malaysia MC is paid leave right after you start work. You pay for MC , submit to be unpaid when you're sick. Every question you ask is a threat to them, be prepared to be blackmailed , pay delay, called out when you want to resign. Overall it's a daily entertainment company if you want to learn what is toxic culture. Also forget about annual dinners , team bonding or what not cause there's nothing positive here.

Yet with the mew leadership getting tough expecting better performance, those whom fallen short begin to compare the previous times of leniency and slack started to become negative. Adding on , there are also policy changes which usually people dislike, but necessary. On top of all these , there is the human factor of sentimental attachment to the previous leaders. The sad situation of ill remarks and personal assault comes in obvious. This is very human. They are not bad people, corrupted lot. But just carried with them too much of a emotional baggage. Many consulting managers left in the 2 previous quarters and in my opinion , probably a good thing. As mentioned in our business planning session sometime ago, if members in the dragon boat cannot row to the same direction with the same speed, the players should leave for something better. It is healthier and more beneficial for them , a win-win for all. As part of Achieve Group, it is a long standing time-tested company. It is going through an inflection point in reinventing itself with the senior management aspiring new heights. The culture has shifted for the better with the ‘old fellows’ leaving. The sales results is great , experiencing breakthroughs from the previous quarters. Many new consulting managers had tremendous results 👍😃 inspiring the team . It is a great company to be in now compared to 6 months ago . I hope my neutral perspective can throw some light towards the multiple comments on Glassdoor.

toxic culture amongst people which are encouraged on top of what's listed

Commission structure isn't as competitive compared to its competitors. Corporate culture is a little rigid at times.
