Profit sharing Kevin sr. Owner cares aboit his employees.

Once you get to management team below Sr. Hr. Alex there is a good ol boy and gal club that exist often to the detriment of the rest of the employees and company procedure and policy. Robin thayer is a cancer who will likely be that conduit that causes a great deal of unrest and mistrust.... and the more power she is allowed to accumulate the worse it will be for people not in her club, ans as a result more supervisors and workers will probably step down leave, be fired, or quit.
