Some over time offered but that’s it

Cons

Make false promises management shows favoritism management is also rude management thinks they can talk to you any kind of way and the sales team is too involved in daily operations but don’t understand what it takes to be a phlebotomist some of the expectations is unrealistic there’s no growth in the company.
