- Good Benefits - Really great coworkers

Cons

- Low pay across the board - No training at all, sink or swim environment - Not much room for advancement, if any - Those who excel are thrown more and more work until burnout eventually sets in... Mediocrity is the name of the game to maintain some semblance of work/life balance and happiness - HR Department is a joke, dont expect any problems to be resolved if you approach them - Really high turnover rate
