- Decent amount of autonomy - Good training resources - Sales manager cares at first - Easy-going management team - Low expectations - No overtime expected - Uncapped commission - Good learning opportunity for beginners

Cons

- Barely any paid time off - Almost exclusively cold calling sales - Very low, uncompetitive base pay - Poor benefits - Rampant nepotism/favoritism - Boys club & bro culture pervasive - Zero career advancement opportunity - No HR whatsoever - Somewhat sketchy & predatory business model - Extremely dysfunctional & outdated company software - High turnover rate - Poor top-down communication - Sales skill development completely ignored - Salespeople do everything, no support - Working from home strictly forbidden
