      Worst company I have joined in my life

      Nothing to share, request for new comers not join this company if they are serious for their career

      This is a honest review, purpose behind posting this is to save someone's life. It is possible that any one from the company will reply to this and try to be save company's bad image. This company doesn't work ethically. This company will spoil its employees career easily. This company lies to its employees and to its clients also. They can easily damage your career. Even this please can't be called as a company because what I have experienced is that this is group of fraud people who sit in a basement and do fake calls for employment, they play with innocent job seekers career and make their clients happy they create FAKE REPORTS. For the companies who depends on this company's background check reports they may lost true talent from their company because this company cheats with client companies. Overall my experience is horrible.

      This is a review posted by a candidate who we hired in January 2020. As a part of the hiring process we ran a background check on the candidate and found out that he was absconding from his previous company and was also in possession of stolen company equipment. The previous company had filed a case on the candidate. On basis of the background check and various other instances of non-conformance observed by us during the short 27 day tenure of this candidate his employment was terminated with immediate effect. Initially the candidate pleaded and requested for reconsideration mentioning that he was a student and the sole earning member in the family. However, we have zero tolerance for candidates who seek employment opportunities by misrepresenting information and stealing company property. The moment this candidate was told that there will be no reconsideration he resorted to unprofessional behaviour and has now taken to Glassdoor where he knows he can write anything on the company. Absolute People Screen responds to all reviews. There have been numerous employees who has done very well with us and unfortunately there have been some who just like this candidate resort to taking their frustrations out on Glassdoor.

      APS was my 2nd job and I worked here for 1 1/2 years. I enjoyed my role and all my friends were very helpful to me. After 6 months I was give the responsibility to help new members in the team and to make MIS and work on tough checks. It was a good learning chance for me and I made performance incentive and also money for making a new client. I also made incentive for getting my friend in the company when my friend was selected for associate job.

      Cons

      Very strict on punctuality matters and coming to office on time. If you are late then you have to stay back and cover up till everyone has gone in the evening. Leave approval process is very tough and company should have more team outings and events

      Dear Colleague - “Sometimes, to save the hand, you have to lose the finger." Getting rid of exceptionally problematic employees is a must for any business. Individuals who perform poorly, have chronic punctuality / attendance issues, display negative attitude, or are grossly incompetent can hold any company back. Worse still, such individuals can contribute to other employees developing similar attitudes towards work. At “Absolute” we give all employees a chance to improve themselves & excel at their jobs however, it is important to get rid of employees with bad & an ever complaining attitude. We are of the opinion that by doing this, we’ll have to fire less people in the long run. Research shows that more people in a workplace vocalising negative thoughts, the more likely that otherwise happy and productive employees are to adopt them.

      I have reviewed the feedback given by other individuals on this organisation where they have tagged this organisation as Fake'. I am of the opinion that if an organisation is fake, then how come did they worked for few months or less than a year to say so? I mean, did you guys not even get to know that you are working for a 'Fake' company? LOL !! :D It is very much unfortunate & sad to see such feedback. From my perspective, Absolute People Screen is a decent organisation. Both the Directors have built this platform based on their hard work & dedication. They were & are always keen to hear feedback & seek opinions from each & every employee. 2 things have always mattered for them: Punctuality & Work Delivery !! Being an employer, I guess this is the least expectation one can have. It is now upto an individual or an employee to decide which path to choose out of these 2 options - 1. Do they want to try a short cut & skip the hard work ? or 2. Do they want to move forward with the right attitude towards work? In both the above scenarios, an individual will achieve success in life. However; if one chooses the 1st option, then they will grow to a certain level. Whereas, in the 2nd option, they will keep rising and do much better than the 1st category of people. Because, they are not afraid of working. So, who so ever has given the feedback where they says that Absolute People Screen have got people to work like slaves, is not true. It just reflects how your attitude was towards your work!!

      Cons

      Well ! Every coin has two sides ! Yes ! there are downsides of being working for Absolute People Screen. Yet again, this is an individual's call. What person X feel the downside is, might not be a downside for person Y. Hence no comments !! People will always creep about employers; there is no END to it !! No people is fully satisfied with his/her employer..
