Let’s start. First of all, do proceed with believing the 5 star reviews with caution, what is being said is very untrue. It might be that people in the company are being instructed to write dummy reviews, 2 good reviews for every bad one to keep the star rating high. To put it into perspective, that is how deluded and manipulative this company can be. Avoid this company like the plague, they are letting go of people for the most miniscule stuff, literally mentally draining people that worked so hard to provide clients with different content. We had different rules every day, and given warnings for the silliest reasons. On their website, they boast about diversity and mental health. Hate to break it to you guys, it’s not the case, it’s basically the opposite. Also to the person that wrote “folks were let go but with reason”, have you no shame? Literally, these are people that researched how to give YOUR clients the best experience in the market only to be let go because they gave their opinions about how the company can improve it’s approach to employees and customers. Transparency? Doesn’t exist. At first you are praised to high heavens and then you are fired… I still wonder why people are getting fired so abruptly. Last week more than 10 people (like a bigger number) where all let go. What’s the reason you gave to your current employees that are probably also afraid of their future? “They all were doing big mistakes” or “They do not want to support our major project.” Can you just be truthful for once?
