Cons
Management extremely toxic. Expect you to make no mistakes or human error but then work you to the bone and give no thanks. Certain people make competition between coworkers and turn them against each other/gossip a lot. Sales reps can scream at other staff but that’s mostly because they under lot of pressure too. Small company but has extremely quick staff turnover because no one wants to stay here. Made to feel guilty for sick days/expected to prove sick via photos/videos even if you have certificate from doctor. Owner knows his management has been toxic and has been told about all the issues but won’t do anything. Its all about $$$ No opportunity to progress. Many people lied to about promotion/wage increase over the years
