Pros
Good initial base pay. Also provides stipend for phone use.
Cons
Their onboarding training does not compare to other PBMs. Benefits are expensive and their 401K matching incentive is misleading. They do not fully match 6% employment contribution as they advertise. Work life balance is non-existent. You're expected to be available and working 10-12 hours per day.
