      decent WLB exciting work great people involvement in social justice and charity

      Cons

      Metrics are discussed regularly which can lead to micromanaging. All your activity can be tracked by your supervisor. It's a good place to work for since there is plenty of support, you just have to be mindful of your attendance and your performance.

      1. The FinTech related business, which is interesting to me. 2. Regular town hall event hosted by founder team, which brings employee more chance to grow. 3. The grow of employees are cared by manager and company side, which really helps a lot.

      Cons

      1. Don't have a good reputation on the technology side, still working for a better technology culture. 2. It is still a startup, don't have a big name comparing with some succeed companies like Google.
