      Pros

      The company handles a large number of property matters across the UK, so you quickly learn about searches, title issues, and completion processes.

      Cons

      Case loads can become very high, which makes it difficult to give each file the attention it deserves. Deadlines from estate agents and clients create constant pressure, especially when multiple transactions are nearing exchange or completion at the same time.

      Work from home, full equipment provided Fantastic salary and bonus structure Room to move up or around the business Full training provided System to automate time consuming processes Buddy system structure Higher education provided if requested and approved Approachable management to discuss issues if needed Open business wide meetings to discuss the business with senior staff The business feels all inclusive, everyone’s opinion matters!
