Low salaries, no room for renegotiation. We are always working for a foreign department, with sometimes unrealistic expectations. We are not allowed to question foreign project leads. Sometimes overtime is necessary. Going up the ladder is not defined, payrise conditions are also not defined.

Gender equality in this company is not existing. Very male driven. The company is in a continuous restructuring mode. Since a few years arrogancy is driving the management decisions.

No bonus, basic pension contribution, no funding for training, limited / slow career progression, low salary, they are heavily dependant on one customer. They originally gave a £300 Christmas voucher and a team building trip abroad, which to be honest everyone would have preferred to have a bonus. Now with harder times in automotive, they removed the voucher & trip.
