      Oversold on the role, inexperienced management, uninteresting work.

      Pros

      Good pay, light workload/easy work, people are nice.

      Cons

      Company is in a state of constant and slow change. Poor location. Uninteresting work and poor execution. Don't expect much structure or a strong process. Much smaller company than you'd think: only about 15 full time employees. Team is not proactive. Upper management needs a lot of training. Favouritism. Benefits are not great. Not allowed to work from home without a good reason. Dishonest during interview process and to their clients. Procrastination and lack of organization and attention to detail from upper management.

      - Great working environment - Attention to onboarding and training - Job titles and descriptions are very accurate - Open forum for feedback and development - Dog friendly

      - There is always food in the office so make sure you hit the gym
