Pros
Good people at the branch level...some at the national level. Good product mix. Good insurance benefits from day 1.
Cons
Micromanages the hell out of you. Some Regional managers have no clue and their bedside manner is terrible. Every hour they are complaining if sales aren't good which makes life at the branch level demoralizing. Too much jumping through hoops for customers to get problems resolved. Pay for sales associates are stagnate because there are unreasonable quotas to hit to achieve commissions on top of hourly wage.
