      Stay away if you can affort - you might get fired

      Pros

      - Team is very friendly nice and helpful! I made some good friends - Salary was very good - Nice office and the new one at Mitte will be also better - Company hired some strong VP people in Marketing, can only hope these will run the show longterm

      Cons

      - Company was build from people with many mistakes but they dont want accept that they did so many mistakes and believe they are so good. - Everyone who is better (and thats is almost everony ) is seen as danger and fired (old CEO, VP Ops etc.) - People are hired out of jobs and informed a few weeks later that the role is not needed - Everything is manual and noone wants to change that

      Stressful and underpaid

      Nice crew to work with, made friends there.

      Cons

      Laid off 12 people at the same time during the same day in my department right before the holidays, the answer why is below and straightly taken from replies of the company here: "in order to guarantee AUTODOC’s resilience and competitiveness in the future, the decision has been taken to re-structure some areas of the business" Sure, hit the area that is the one in day-to-day contact with customers, I'm sure that will help you grow.

We are sorry for the timing of these actions and as 2022 was a very challenging year, we had to make decisions to make our organization slightly leaner for 2023 in order to stay competitive in the market.       Layoffs alert - Stay away from this place

      A nice bunch of colleagues

      if you’re looking for a stable job, this is not the right place. They’re terminating everyone’s contracts currently and not a word was released internally neither to the media. Also there is no strategy or so on, everyone is working to accomplish today’s tasks, no clear vision. The worst point is the lack of transparency and communication - not a single word was said from the management for about 3 months since the big wave of layoffs.

It is the management’s duty to look at the bigger picture and have the company’s overall best interests in mind. And in order to guarantee AUTODOC’s resilience and competitiveness in the future, the decision has been taken to re-structure some areas of the business and walk slightly leaner into the new year.
