      Pros

      They are very willing to work with you and have a lot of empathy for individual situations. Communication is very open, you can ping just about every level of leadership for small talk if you really want to. Solid benefits structure and many lifelong employees.

      Cons

      They struggle to keep up with industry trends for compensation based on location. Case by case basis though, some places are right on par, others are pretty far behind.

      Great co-workers, flexible schedule, good pay and benefits.

      Disorganized management that regularly contradict each other, management interacts little with employees and have ineffective and poor direction.

      Pros

      I was given the opportunity to show what I was capable of here. I worked hard and was rewarded with an opportunity to attain a professional position that I lack the formal degree for, but am clearly adept at. Thank you for looking beyond my resume and giving me a chance!

      Cons

      If you do something well, that becomes the new baseline for what's expected. I've found that as you grow here professionally, you also have to grow personally and learn how to set healthy boundaries to achieve a work/life balance. If you don't, the workload will keep coming until you burn out.
