Afraid to see a project to the end, when project costs are going a little over the estimate. Sometimes its best to commit and have faith in your engineers to make great software. Otherwise, you risk throwing away all the invested capital for nothing in return.
Wonderful team that actually wants to help you grow, the job was quite organized and enjoyable. Growth was obtainable. Great work-life balance, great culture.
Cons
Company got bought out and layed-off many people with it. People left behind are not so happy with the new ownership, overloaded with work and the higher ups don't want to hire help.
