      Great workplace, but lacks of standard procedures

      Greate workplace, great colleagues, nice events and good support on learning and academic events

      Cons

      Lack of standard procedures, the department structure doesn't make sense sice the heads of departments are also assigned on projects, therefore they don't have time for department duty.
