Great place to work, good on site management and teams! Had a wonderful time working there

Cons

Made redundant with 1 months notice, at a site making money. But the parent company will drop you in a heartbeat to open a new restaurant under a new brand. Beware that Daves Hot Chicken may take your place at any moment, despite higher management promising that this wouldn’t happen

The management at this site is questionable. Head office protects toxic staff as they are aware which staff are ‘lifers’ so are willing to churn through good employees. Very aggressive environment,
