1. Salaries on time. 2. Good Products Range 3. Great cxareer growth like increaments etc.
Cons
1. Lacking in internal processes. 2. Politics 3. Not using any CRM to track the proposals shared with client. Sale has to maintain his/her axcel to track all prospects.

Poor Infrastructure, Not Much Educated People in manufacturing & Testing Unit. Salary is very low Just 7000-10000₹ for testing people even if you have Engineering Degree
