Most of the clients are fantastic and the bonuses are high

APM policy is to always comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our business, and we therefore take any claims of wrongdoing very seriously. Employees can report concerns about potential misconduct, malpractice or illegal acts or omissions suspected of being committed by APM officers, employees or contractors anonymously by following the instructions contained in the Whistleblower Policy, which can be found on the company intranet ('Our Place') by searching 'whistleblower policy'.

Pros

Pay rate is reasonable for the industry and paid consistently Set days and hours of work L&D training are resourceful and provide more support than site leaders

Cons

You're just a number regardless of the effort and commitment you put into your job. Staff well-being and safety is not a priority- $ always comes first OH&S Protocol is not adhered to following violent outbursts from clients The company is not supportive to employees with disabilities or medical conditions despite this being what the company ethos is meant to be all about. Resulting in staff leaving- the entire team has been replaced multiple times (over 2 years) except for management. Staff turnover is constant, this puts additional strain on remaining staff to pickup the slack of being several staff down and then with training the new staff Management not trained in people skills and do not reflect ICREATE values Work Culture is toxic

Pros

By far the worst organisation to work for. (No Pros)

Cons

Organisation provides no value to its customers (job seekers) Ridiculous work load and unachievable targets. Management act like brainwashed Gods and staff are treated like imprisoned slaves with no rights. If you are a Robot and love being micro managed then you will love this place.
