      Pros

      Great people, great values, opportunities to move up. They Value safety and quality. I always feel important to my company not just a number. Good benefits, good vacation time that starts upon hire.

      Cons

      Not many cons that I can think of. They're pretty strict on attendance but also flexible at the same time if that makes sense.
