poor management, HR personnel are clueless, very negative environment and engineers morale very low

Pros

For some people the flexibility might be better (every other Friday off), but in my case I do not think that the work I was doing was necessary for me to take every other Friday off (listing this as pro either way). -Offered a Development position (System Support Analyst) -PTO/ other benefits

Cons

-No structural training for development position due to lack of training there is difficulty to move up in the company and to transfer skills learned into higher position -All training is done on you own time which can be difficult if you are continuing your education, studying for certifications, and working full-time -unwilling to teach or to advance through senior professionals which makes it difficult to apply any knowledge learned form school -DevOps training can be difficult form of training due to lack of foundational knowledge in IT. -Conduct IT positions on strict regulations based on higher education (Bachelor degree required). This is also part of the reason why a person in development position is unable to advance in the first place. -tasks may be rudimentary if skills do not develop and will be stuck data labeling for engineers and developers.
