In response to your feedback regarding salary, we work annually with available market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and recently launched a new framework to enable more career progression opportunities and increases in compensation. In addition to salary, we offer many other perks, rewards, and recognition to elevate the Associate experience.
We are also dedicated to providing learning and development opportunities to support career growth. For example, for leaders like yourself, we have the Expedition program – it’s an 8-month program designed to build the next level capabilities of our future and current leaders. We also have a tuition reimbursement program that Associates can take advantage of to build their knowledge and develop their skills.
