With respect to your comment on pay, we work annually with available market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and adjust these ranges as required. Additionally, we are proud to offer many other perks, subsidies, and recognition tools to reward our Associates for their hard work and dedication to AIR MILES. We continue to focus on enhancing our technological capabilities with the help of our new Chief Technology Office, Rick Neuman – and empower our Associates to be tech-first in their thinking! We are undergoing an age of digital transformation and I personally cannot wait to see what it brings.
