Horrible visibility between upper management and staff. Management is gossipy and extremely catty to each other. Rapport between departments is poor. High turnover rates in several finance related teams. There was an open office acknowledgement that a couple of the department heads are extremely difficult to work with/for, to the point that other managers and staff go out of their way to avoid working with them. HR has been notified of poor management and there was never any action taken.

Payed new employees more than employees with several years of experience. After my first eye exam (must be done in-house if you want it covered by benefits), coworkers gossiped about my medications in the breakroom and the hallway and discussed my disability with patients. HIPPA apparently doesn't apply to employees.
