      The flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Horrible reduction in force and delivery of decision to do mass layoffs. A mandatory meeting was called and multiple employees were advised of their position being terminated effective immediately. 20 minutes later.. no access to anything. This is after being told a little over a month ago that we were now a salaried employee and to “Trust the process” and that “There’s a place for everyone”. Nothing but a big fat lie. Nobody should get comfortable here!

      Pros

      Money's great. Gas card is great. Leads are horrible. Management is even worse. 25 percent of installs are horrendous. Noone cares about employees or customers. Almost a cult like atmosphere. You're lucky if you last 2 years.
