      Getting paid until something better comes up Coffee machine is fantastic Able to share the landlords toilet and meetings rooms

      Senior management, starting at the top, incapable of making a decision, is untrustworthy and inexperienced Office environment resembles a cheap call centre Human Resources function is hopeless and not supportive

      Large scale projects - career experience Get to work big hours with the opportunity of employee shares

      All company operations are centred around the Brisbane team, which shares an office space with Hutchison Builders. This collaboration has bred a really toxic work culture. The office enviroment allows for uninvited hutchies staff walk into ADG offcies at any stage of the day which makes for a hugely disruptive and a stressful workplace. Senior Management Team severely disconnected with operational staff, constantly lying and dishonest with managers and senior staff. The organisaton has consistently had huge staff turnover for a long time; the long term staff are people who have never worked anywhere else.
