      There where pros when I first started at ABT but all of the benefits of working here have been removed one by one without communication or consultation

      Lack of direction within the business, poor communication from the top down. Lack of performance review/pay review

      Early finish on friday, can't say anything else.

      Cons

      Poor management, poor pay, lack of trust in exisiting employees. Manager has no respect at all, cause of his attitude. He chasing good skills people away. Quality going down.
