      Exciting to be a part of something that's live

      Cons

      The fast pace during shows can be stressful for some but I enjoyed it. In between shows there can be a lot of down time.

      Not Micro-Managed, Good benefits and family owned and operated.

      Cons

      You are definitely asked to juggle a seemingly endless amount of a myriad of tasks. You miss one day of work it can take 3 days to catch up. You can never work enough while the GM NEVER works. Lead by example.
