      Pros

      Families are kind , you may run into some decent teachers, students are always the best part of working at an early childhood center

      Cons

      Violette Horelik-(owner) is a greedy, business woman with no background in education. She doesn't care about the well being of the children placed in her care. She puts the childrens' safety in danger. Make sure to check out the huge HVAC systems in the middle of the classrooms. All to save some $$$ and cut corners.

      Pros

      The families and children attending this school are extremely kind and a pleasure to be around. Greenpoint is a great neighborhood to work at.

      Cons

      Horrible company policies, revolving door of directors and poor support for staff. The owner - Violetta Horelik never comes into the center, and doesn’t care about the children’s well being. She mostly only cares about making the max profit for her at the cost of the children and employees safety and well being.
