The working environment and salary are OK, and it's not busy to work there. It is a promising industry and you can get valuable working experience if you keep learning.
Cons
The management prefers to hire new managers from outside rather than promoting from inside employees, so there is little opportunity to be promoted. To some extent, being lazy is acceptable in some function departments, so new employees might be effected negatively by this situation.
