I submitted my resume through 51job, and received a phone call from HR. After asking a few basic questions, such as current employment saturts, she informed me to come for an onsite interview. The first interviewer is my future supervisor, she asked about my past working experience, and know about my qualifications. Then the second day, I got the second interview notification. I interviewed with the director. Almost the same questions, not tough.
