Company is a mess but coworkers are great
14 May 2021 - Project ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Friendly coworkers, always available and willing to share their expertise with others. Everyone is very straightforward with opinions.
Cons
The management team is a mess and the company seems to be struggling during that period of time, therefore, we have to struggle really hard to deliver satisfactory results to customers.

26 Jan 2015 - Test Systems Operator in Sunnyvale, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Cool new projects every now and then. Company parties/events/BBQs. The company works with the "big boys" and may open more opportunities in career goals. Quiet and peaceful environment.
Cons
Poor management, lack of clarity, instructions from managers and passdowns lead to A LOT of miscommunications. Laboratory is a mess, employees don't clean after themselves! The organization structure of the company are confusing and unclear. It's very difficult to perform the best work due to lack of clarity and instructions of 3rd party products. Managers will train you, but they will leave you out on the small important things and sometimes it's incorrect, which you will be at fault in the long run. Some employees will bail, hide, or excuse themselves from dealing customers and tasks are either delayed or incomplete. Time is essential, you don't want to run the wrong test. Deadlines for test runs are unpredictable, and if results don't generate good numbers then there's a chance you could be mark down for errors and mistakes.

Your worst nightmare comes true.

Very easy to impress interviewers for a job with very lazy lazy pay. Being upstairs is way better than being downstairs for TSO staff. Everyone waiting for 5pm and the next opportunity outside of this company. job is a stepping stone as everyone waits for the end of the day while browsing their mobile.
Cons
Constant turnover in TSO depart. I've learned more (career-wise) in my high school than at this company. The HR lady upstairs in the far far corner office room does not know my name correctly even after two years. the engineering managers upstairs complain but do not do anything about their issues. Don't waste your time with this company unless you need a slightly better pay than a job in retail. Just a dollar (or a half) maximum better than retail but without all the people/kids/customer stress. Some of the senior full-time employees do not care about the part-time TSO staff. I think I am wasting my time here.

A temporary opportunity tech company.
20 Aug 2016 - Test Technician in Sunnyvale, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You will be exposed to new technologies in the cellular/ wireless world. Great for those interested in entering the tech world such as students or those with no experience. Set working hours for part timers. OT is kept at a minimum.
Cons
Being a small company, the salary is among the lowest in the valley. Not willing to hire local talent, but rely on lower salaried out-of-state talent. The Sunnyvale location is the poor relative of the Irvine main office.
